Associate Analyst

Professional Service Team

Job Duties :

 

  • On-the-job training will be provided to prepare you to meet the skill requirements of a project manager;
  • You will work closely with customers and internal teams to manage technical implementation for rolling out our applications and services;
  • Analyse customer’s requirements and configure implemented systems to suit customer’s need;
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts during implementation;
  • Support customer roll-out and delivery of training sessions;
  • Assist in systems integration and upgrade projects;
  • Proactively look for improvements in POS & ERP systems and processes.

 

Requirements :

 

  • Degree/ Diploma holder in any discipline;
  • 1-2 years of working experience preferred;
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and diagnose problems;
  • Able to communicate effectively;
  • Strong customer oriented mind-set with good common sense;
  • Willing to commit, learn and work hard for knowledge and quality;
  • Self-initiative and able to work independently;
  • Proficient in written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable;
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Sales Team

Job Duties :

 

  • On-the-job training will be provided to prepare you to meet the skill requirements of a sales specialist;
  • Perform sales function and order processing;
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of the software to prospective clients;
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and follow-ups;
  • Identify potential customers and explore new market segments;
  • Work cooperatively with the Service team to ensure professional after-sales services to clients.

 

Requirements :

 

  • Degree/ Diploma holder in any discipline;
  • 1-2 years of working experience preferred;
  • Good technical knowledge in IT solutions;
  • Strong communication skills and good business sense;
  • Must be good in spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua;
  • Committed to generate greater sales volume and able to work under pressure;
  • Willing to learn and work hard for knowledge and quality;
  • Self-initiative and able to work independently;
  • Recent graduates will also be considered.
Marketing Team

Job Duties :

 

  • Implement and monitor digital marketing for eRun products;
  • Assist in external communications including social media posts, SEM and SEO management, website update, newsletters, etc;
  • Provide support to develop marketing materials from content writing, idea briefing to production;
  • Collect marketing information, competitor’s activities and prepare presentation materials;
  • Assist in different ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.

 

Requirements :

 

  • Degree holder with major in Marketing, Communication, Business Studies or equivalent;
  • Customer and result oriented with strong business sense;
  • Able to work under pressure and with ability in handling multi-tasks;
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, willing to learn;
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills;
  • Good in both spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese;
  • Knowledge in design software (Illustrator & PhotoShop) is advantage.

Web and App Development Specialist

Development Team

Job Duties :

 

  • You will participate in both design and development of the next leading retail and F&B applications;
  • Develop innovative applications running on any platform any device, cloud or local server;
  • Provide support and offer expertise advice to internal professional service team and external clients;
  • Participate in full process of software development, including documentations.

 

Requirements :

 

  • Degree in any discipline, on STEM even better;
  • 2 years+ hands-on experience on web/app and API programming;
  • Experience in development of cloud Accounting, data analytics, AI and parallel processing preferred;
  • Practical experience of iOS, Android app or Wechat mini program is added value;
  • Strong interest in delivering products with elegant UI;
  • Able to self-learn and communicate effectively;
  • Possess passion about and are responsible for your deliverables.
